This CPD explores the role of bioSOLAR in the race to net-zero, the benefits of direct to roof installation compared to traditional mounted methods as well as how to plan a seamless installation. It will also cover system design and maintaining performance over time.
More than M&E
As an electrical installation, Solar PV is commonly detailed in the M&E package. However, for seamless project progression and optimal system performance, the design of commercial Solar PV should be considered from planning. This CPD explores the role of Solar PV in modern buildings, examines best practice on how to integrate systems into M&E design and offers guidance on how to manage interfacing between trades and site sequencing.
